If for some reason you're unsatisfied with your order you can return it to us in like-new condition within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. To start a return request please locate your order using our help portal. We'll need you to let us know why you would like to return your item and a customer service agent will provide return instructions to you.


Because most of the items we sell are made-to-order and don't have inventory it is often very difficult to offer an exchange of an item. We ask that you return the un-wanted item for a refund and purchase the one you would like instead.  


In the event your order is cancelled, or returned through our return process you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If an item is returned to us due a bad address or not being accepted, a refund of the original item amount less shipping will be returned to your original payment method.

Refunds usually take 2-3 business days from the time they're processed to show on your bank statement.
