Return and Exchange Policy
If for some reason you're unsatisfied with your order you can return it to us in like-new condition within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. To start a return request please locate your order using our help portal. We'll need you to let us know why you would like to return your item and a customer service agent will provide return instructions to you. The postmark on your returned package needs to also be within 14 days of receiving your item.
Do note that if 14 days has passed since you have received your order that we will be unable to accept it as a return.
Because most of the items we sell are made-to-order and don't have inventory it is often very difficult to offer an exchange of an item. We ask that you return the un-wanted item for a refund and purchase the one you would like instead.
In the event your order is cancelled, or returned through our return process you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If an item is returned to us due a bad address or not being accepted, a refund of the original item amount less shipping will be returned to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5-7 business days from the time they're processed to show on your bank statement.
